The many benefits of journaling

So I found myself embarrassed and trying to figure out how to tackle different issues in my life. I didn't go through anything extreme, like death and dying, but I still needed a way to tackle my feelings, a way to make sense of them, and most importantly, a way to find solutions to my problems.

ENTER THE JOURNAL

I've been fortunate enough to have an on-and-off-again relationship with journaling for 12 years. I have gone through different methods, used different types of journals and have consistently changed the reasons why. As any good hubber will testify, write down what you know, or at least what you can find out and describe to others.

I plan to write a series of journal articles, including lists of requests to get these juices started, various methods and products, to be online or offline and others. For now, here is simple and concise information on the benefits of journal article editing services.

Healthy mind, healthy emotions
There are several studies showing the benefits of writing diaries or diaries. Just Google it, you can see why medical professionals, organic heath practitioners, psychologists, clergy and more recommend it for therapy, release and growth. Here are just a few of the benefits:

Increase your clarity
Remember concepts, thoughts and insights in your life
Reduce stress
Get focus
Grow spiritually, emotionally and mentally
Heals problems defines problems, provides solutions
Find out
Just think of journaling as a massive brain dump. Imagine lifting all the weight of the day, all the trouble and triumph, the fun and the boring, all just unloaded from your mind and on to the side. It is not as if things magically work themselves, or even within a short time, but you will slowly begin to see an improvement in the clarity and ability of your mind to deal with stress. As mentioned above, any stress relief tactic is important, and this is just one of many tools you can place in your toolbox (terrible cliche, but I like it so much - I have to journal about my cliche fetish). Here are some tips and tricks for getting started:

Sit and write for 10 minutes, non-stop. Use a timer. Not self-editing. Don't read it until the next day. Just clean and leave it at that.
Although "Dear Diary" sounds a little spacey, you write to someone - to yourself. Treat your diary as a person, as a friend, as a confidant.
This is an emotional release that you will enjoy.
If at some point you hit something you don't want, stop. Never feel the need to go somewhere you are unwilling or ready for yet.
An overview of activities
Not only is journal writing well for emotional health, but it is also a simple, usual way to record your thoughts and activities. In fact, I created a separate journal for just activities - things called the dentist, skipping class, fighting the law and the law - just the minutia of daily activities, but something you might want to refer to at a future date. Try these:-

I suggest using Evernote, MS OneNote, or any other program that is perfect for keywords, searching within the records and tags. That way, you can type "canceled discover card" and get the required confirmation number easily.
I also carry around an index card in my back pocket. I note down what I need and eventually transfer it to either my to-do list or activity diary.
Creative and ideas galore
You don't have to be an artist to create or a writer to write. In fact, some would say that just the act of writing or painting makes you a writer or a painter. Still, use your diary to note the small missions and stray sketches. Get in the habit of carrying around your pillow so you never have a chance to lose it. Some people use small notebooks, full-size planners, iPhones - whatever "capture" device you think is best works just fine.

Nothing stinks. Everything sucks. Don't worry about editing, censorship or other restrictive action. You have time for that later. Just note down the small grandeur blocks and sort through the awkwardness later
Choose the right pillow for your style. If you want lined, guided, grated, draft, empty - play around a bit and don't be afraid to switch things up when you need it. I have been through 8 different systems, methods and pillows for the last 10 years and I am still changing that.

Golf physical training in the off season

Off-season golf physical training can greatly benefit golfers of any age in improving their field skills. Often, the golfer will neglect the physical components in relation to the execution of a biomechanically efficient golf swing. Instead of developing the physical requirements of the golf swing, the golfer will spend an unsurpassed amount of time practicing and money on golf lessons with minimal improvement.

The common thread in such cases is the physical limitations in the areas of mobility, flexibility, stability, strength and power that limit the golfer's ability to execute a biomechanically efficient golf swing. The golfer must remember that it is the kinetic chain of the body that executes each phase of the golf swing, and for the athletic movements of the golf swing to be performed efficiently, certain physical parameters must be evident within the kinetic chain.

If the golfer lacks the physical parameters required for the golf swing, compensation is obtained in the execution of the swing. These compensations lead to failures in the swing, such as loss of clubhead speed, poor ball hits, inconsistencies and poor play. To prevent such a situation from happening and provide the golfer with a physical basis to execute the golf swing, the introduction of golf exercises can be of great help.

Golf fitness exercises, as with any specific sports training program, aim to develop the physical components within the kinetic chain required for the sport chosen by the athlete. The end result of the implementation of such training modalities is a transfer of the effect of training in the execution of the golf swing. A transfer of the training effect is the ability of a training program to have a direct benefit on the athlete's performance during the competition (Juan Carlos Santana, Performance Institute, Boca Raton, FL).  Golf

Once the golfer understands the physical components related to the execution of the golf swing, as well as how a specific sports training program can help in the development of these physical components. The next step is the introduction of a specific sports training program for golf. The ideal time for the introduction of this program is during the low season.

The low season consists of the time of the year in which competitive golf is not played, and the amount of practice time associated with the sport is minimal. The traditional low season for golf is in the winter months, where the weather is not conducive to golf rounds and the professional tour is paused. This provides an ideal off-season for any golfer from the recreational level to the professional to implement a specific sports conditioning program for golf. The ideal time frame for a specific off-season golf training program is 8 to 12 weeks. This is the minimum period of time required to introduce specific golf training modalities in conditioning programs to create adaptation in the kinetic chain. In addition, a time frame of 8 to 12 weeks allows progressions to occur within the specific modalities of the customers' specific off-season golf conditioning program.

Outside the ideal deadlines associated with a specific off-season golf conditioning program are the objectives of that program. The general objective of the off-season program as indicated above is the development of the physical parameters within the kinetic chain required in the execution of the golf swing.

To achieve the goal of developing the physical components within the kinetic chain for the golf swing, a basic understanding of the biomechanics of the swing is needed. A brief review on the biomechanics of the golf swing indicates the following: the golf swing generally separates into phases that are; direction, takeaway, backswing, transition, downswing, impact and monitoring. The objective during each of these phases is to keep intact what is called the kinematic sequence.

Airlines offering cheap flights in South Africa

Getting around South Africa has never been so easy. There are currently four low-cost airlines offering cheap flights in South Africa, including Kulula.com, 1Time Airlines, Mango Airlines and Velvet Sky Aviation. There are two other airlines that offer regular flights throughout the country in economy, commercial and first class class.

Low-cost airlines offer free prices on flights in South Africa to certain destinations in an effort to make air travel possible for everyone. These non-luxury flights offer basic services without additional extras, such as complimentary meals and drinks on the flight, plus Velvet Sky Aviation, which provides complimentary beverages. Airlines do it however; They offer on-board purchase meals for passengers traveling in their airplanes, and with an average flight of around two hours, the lack of meals is a small feature for most passengers.

The destinations to which these airlines fly are limited to the demand for mass travel and, therefore, most airlines, if not all, do not include flights to smaller destinations such as Kimberley or Upington airport. These airports are only served by the national airline South African Airways and its subsidiaries SAA Express. King Shaka Airport

Smaller destinations, such as George Airport, the starting point for many Garden Route visitors, Bloemfontein Airport in the Province of the Free State and East London in the Eastern Cape, are served only by one or two of the airlines low cost next to South African Airways.

Lanseria's smallest airport is becoming a popular alternative destination airport for Johannesburg due to its proximity to the business center, it is serviced by Kulula.com and Mango Airlines for cheap flight options, as well as South African Airways.

The four low-cost airlines offer regular flights to Cape Town International Airport, Durban International Airport and Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. The Cape Town and Durban route is served by Kulula.com, 1time Airlines and Mango Airlines. These flights are scheduled during peak hours seven days a week, but are not available as frequently or regularly as flights from Cape Town to Johannesburg, which are scheduled daily from all airlines with several flights available throughout the day. .

For passengers flying between Johannesburg and Durban, Velvet Sky Airlines, Kulula.com, 1Time Airlines and Mango Airlines offer scheduled flights between Durban King Shaka International Airport and OR Tambo International Airport. Kulula.com also offers cheap flights between Johannesburg Lanseria Airport and Durban King Shaka International Airport.

The new King Shaka airport in Durban

The recently completed international airport in Durban began construction in 2007 and took only three years to get into operation and was named King Shaka International Airport in honor of the legendary Zulu king who joined the dispersed tribes of the northern region of South Africa.

With a construction cost of 2.5 billion rand, the new airport is an integrated cargo and passenger airport. The terminal floor covers an area of 103,000 square meters and the runways and taxiways cover 400,000 square meters. The airport currently manages 7.5 million customers and is expected to handle 45 million by 2060. There are 6,500 square meters intended for commercial space to include a consolidated area for car rental. Durban Airport has ten car rental concessions that have proven popular with national and international visitors. In addition to the car rental that Durban airport offers, there are car rental agents that operate out of sight and will deliver the car when it lands.
                                           King Shaka Airport
Durban's former airport, although international, was not a preferred destination for most international airlines, due to Johannesburg's popularity for business and politics, most airlines would fly to Johannesburg and then redirect passengers in domestic flights to Durban. This was also partly due to the fact that the landing strip at Durban's previous airport was too short for a 747 loaded to take off. Ironically, due to the Johannesburg altitude, airplanes require a reduced fuel load to reach the necessary speed for takeoff on the planned runway length, which means that most long-haul flights require a stopover at Road to his destiny. This uses more fuel, since it is obviously required to land and take off again. It is believed that with the increase in handling capacity at the new Durban International Airport and for reasons of fuel economy, international carriers could begin to favor it over Johannesburg, especially as Durban becomes a more popular destination for foreign visitors.

The new Durban airport is 35 km north of the city and, without a dedicated public transport network, however, it is a good decision to link it to the city. It will also give you the opportunity to explore the beautiful countryside. King Shaka Airport is accessed via the N2 from the north and south. If driving on your own is not an option, all major hotels and guest houses will provide pick-up services by bus or car, otherwise there are also several transport operators that will take you to the city center.
