How to create a PDF document - PDF software

PDF document or Acrobat document, as it is sometimes called, is a recent marvel in digital publishing today. Without PDF documents, managing cross-document types will be difficult and cumbersome. PDF documents are generally much smaller in file size compared to the original documents, and they kept exactly the same format as the original documents without much loss in the quality of the documents. Initially, when PDF document was created, it is actually an object file, ie. as image file. The entire document is converted to object file. However, there is a PDF printer that I use myself in my internet marketing business that comes with full features, easy to use and executed as well as much more expensive Adobe Acrobat for a small fraction of the cost.

How to create PDF files? Follow these 3 simple steps: Usually, when you install it, it will automatically insert an "Add On" printer into your Microsoft Office (words, Excel, etc.) or other compatible document creation software when you install it. The PDF software is added as a printer (just like any other physical printer). In fact, it is actually a digital printer.

The most common step for creating PDF document is to open a file you want to convert to PDF format, then go to "File" in the drop-down menu and select Print. Follow these steps:

1. Go to "File" -> Select "Print" in any document creation software eg. AdWords, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. 2. Select the printer as the PDF printer you have installed on your computer. 3. Save the PDF file to the desired folder.

So you have it! It's simple and you can share your document with others in the most efficient and effective way. It's the cheapest way, too, because you don't have to print it in hard copy to share with others without worrying others can change your document. More advanced features will insert hyperlinks or images into your original documents before converting them to PDF document and enable viewing or copy protected with 128 bit encryption. In a sales copy document, you want your hyperlink to be active or clickable. However, not all PDF printers can keep the hyperlink active. In other words, the hyperlink text cannot be clicked when the document is converted to a PDF document. The more expensive PDF printer will have more features. The good news, though, is if you look hard enough, you can get full PDF printer features that have all the security features, as in some of the more expensive PDF software like the software I use here.
